Nicole Blumner is Vice President of Development at Green Street Real Estate Development. In this capacity, Nicole is responsible for assisting in deal structuring and project design, construction, finance, and analysis, as well as tax credit investments and coordinating lender relationships.
As an urban planner, Nicole’s career encompasses holding previous management positions in both private and public entities focused on finance and urban development. She received her undergraduate degree in Architecture from Yale University and a MRP and MBA from Cornell University. Nicole served as a fellow with the highly selective Robert Bosch Foundation which took her to Germany for a year of work in placements in urban planning and in-depth professional seminars.
Nicole has a passion for the natural environment and cares deeply about responsible and sustainable land use. She brings to the Ozark Regional Land Trust board her education in architecture, city planning and business/finance, experience in real estate development in private and public sectors, and an understanding of finance and tax credit financing.
