Jennifer Hoggatt is Director of State Resources for the Missouri National Guard. Previously she held multiple positions for the Missouri Department of Natural Resources, including serving as their Director for the Missouri Geological Survey and the Water Resources Center.
She holds a Master of Environmental Science and Management from the University of California Santa Barbara.
