Harvard Muhm is the chair of the Trusts & Estates Department of Capes Sokol Goodman & Sarachan, P.C. in St. Louis, Missouri. He assists clients with estate planning and real estate transactions, including philanthropic planning and execution. Harvard has assisted clients (and his own family) with planning their legacies, which many times includes land and environmental conservation.
Harvard earned a BA from Trinity University, a J.D. from the University of Missouri-Columbia, and an LL.M. from Washington University in St. Louis. Harvard spent his childhood hiking, hunting, and fishing (and mowing!) on his family’s property in the Missouri Ozarks. As a conservation easement landowner himself, he personally knows that landowners work hard and on their property and develop a deep connection to their land.
Harvard has served in leadership positions with a number of charitable organizations. He brings to the board his legal training and his experience working with landowners and conservation efforts. Harvard believes in taking steps now to preserve natural habitat for flora and fauna.
