Debbie received her Bachelor of Science degree, in addition to Master Courses in Acountancy from the
University of Missouri – Columbia. She is self-employed as an outside consultant. Debbie primarily
works implementing accounting software for large law firms. In addition, she is a licensed CPA and has a
small accounting and tax practice. In her work for law firms, she provides software selection assistance,
assists clients with solution design, workflow, setup and issue resolutions, performs process reviews of
law firm financial practices and procedures and project management services. Debbie believes in OLT’s
mission in protecting our waterways and land. She believes it is up to organizations such as OLT to
provide that protection. Her skills in finding accounting solutions as well as her skills in dealing
with small businesses will serve the OLT board in fine tuning accounting processes and
procedures, and assist in more fully reporting on the activities of the organization.
