David M. Harrison received his degree in Public Administration and his J.D from the University of
Arkansas. He serves as Executive Vice President & Associate Legal Counsel of First National Title
Company, and as a partner in the Pender & Harrison Law Firm. He is a member of the Arkansas Bar
Association. Additionally, David has served on the Arkansas Bar Association’s Real Estate Title Standards
Committee. . His law practice is focused in the areas of real estate, business, and banking law. David
was raised in Fayetteville, Arkansas, and will bring to the board administrative, professional and legal
expertise.
